Finding balance in summer can be hard. Your schedule is different. Your life may even be busier. We'll start your Wellcation with a quick reset that will help you get clear about what you need right now.

 Does it ever feel like summer break is about everyone else, but never you?

 

It can be easy to abandon what you want and need when there are so many things fighting for your attention. We'll make sure you get to remember what it is that helps you feel like yourself (even in summer).

We'll travel across the three areas below to help you make this the Summer of Connection.

We'll also explore how to best create our days (whether in summer or at other times), invite in more positive emotions, and shift our relationship to rest.

You'll also be able to take the learnings from this course beyond the summer months into your life when things return to 'normal'.

1. Connecting with yourself

Isn't that the hardest thing when summer gets even busier? We'll give you the space to check in so that you can create the summer you want (and need) with more intention.

Make this the summer of self-exploration. Let's figure out how you want to travel through your life.

2. Connecting with others

We sit anywhere between being more acutely lonely at this time of year or like we want to make the most of the friends we have while the days are long.

Summer shines an even brighter light on our relationships. Who do you want to share summer (and your life) with?

3. Disconnecting from tech

Is this the summer when you figure out how to get to a happier place with tech? Many of us are now struggling with our relationship with our devices.

This summer create some habits for better digital well-being that you can practice now and keep forever.
