The Summer Wellcation is a 4-week stay-at-home (but go anywhere) course starting August 4

— designed to help you feel more connected, calm (yes, even in summer) and present, without adding more to your plate.

  • Journaling prompts, self-coaching exercises, and mini-adventures to help you reconnect with what matters to you now

  • A weekly facilitated meet-up with others who feel the same — a little overwhelmed, a little burned out, and ready for something else

  • Delivered via course platform or app, so you can take it with you, wherever summer goes
