Every time a holiday came up—summer especially— we started to notice a pattern: We would feel the same internal tug: How do I enjoy this season and still stay grounded in myself?

We didn’t want to miss the magic. But we didn’t want to burn out trying to hold everything (and everyone) together either.

This is the resource we needed then—and we're sharing it now.
