Terms and Conditions for Course Participation

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the courses offered by If Lost Start Here (the “Company”), delivered via the Kajabi Platform or other platforms as specified. By purchasing and participating in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Disclaimer
Our courses are designed as educational tools and serve as guides for personal growth and wellbeing. They do not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
The Client acknowledges that:
- Our courses do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.
- They are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by qualified professionals.
- If you experience distress, trauma, or severe mental health difficulties, it is your sole responsibility to seek appropriate guidance from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or other qualified practitioner.
- Participation in our courses is not intended for those experiencing severe trauma or complex mental health conditions.
2. Course Access and Expiry
Access to the purchased course materials is limited to the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, access will expire three (3) months from the course start date. It is your responsibility to complete the course within this timeframe. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company and may be subject to additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company retains all ownership rights to the content, materials, and resources provided within the courses.
- All course materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, text, audio files, and visual designs, are protected under copyright law.
- No part of our courses may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or adapted in any form without prior written consent from the Company.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of course materials will result in legal action and may lead to the termination of your course access without refund.
4. Course Materials and Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any course materials at its sole discretion.
- Such changes may include, but are not limited to, updates to course content, format, or delivery methods to ensure relevance and quality.
- Any modifications will be made with the intent to enhance the learning experience and will not reduce the value of the original purchase.
- The Client acknowledges that access to updated materials may be subject to the same expiration terms as the original course access.
5. Platform Use and Modifications
The Company reserves the right to change the platform used to deliver its courses at any time without prior notice.
- While we aim to provide seamless transitions, the Client acknowledges that such changes may affect course access or delivery methods temporarily.
- The Company is not liable for any inconvenience caused by platform modifications.
6. Course Limitations
Our courses are educational and exploratory in nature, designed to guide participants toward greater self-awareness and wellbeing.
- They are not intended to provide specific advice tailored to individual circumstances.
- Clients are encouraged to use the material as a general framework and adapt it to their own needs with professional guidance where applicable.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of course materials.
- You agree to hold the Company harmless for any personal, emotional, or financial consequences arising from your participation.
- The Client assumes full responsibility for their actions and decisions influenced by course content.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and participating in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or access our courses.
